Certified Public Accountant Stuart Goldberg worked with small and
medium-sized businesses, handling such complex tax issues as corporate
tax return preparation and compliance, compilation and review of
financial statements, bankruptcy accounting, issues related to
retirement planning and compliance, and estate and trust accounting. As a
CPA, Stuart Goldberg served his clients and helped them comply with the
tax code.
Stuart Goldberg was well-prepared for his duties as a CPA, earning a
Master of Business Administration from St. John’s University in Queens,
New York, in 1979 and working for such firms as Ernst & Ernst and
Platt, Barth, Elson & Steinman, before joining the Tarrytown, New
York, firm of Resnick and Newman LLP. Goldberg accumulated a
quarter-century of service as a CPA; in 2004, he opened Head2Head Toys
and Games on Main Street in Irvington, New York.
Head2Head Toys and Games is also known as Head2Head Sports and
Games, but regular customers of the Irvington, New York, store simply
call it H2H. Stuart Goldberg keeps the inventory stocked with a wide
variety of traditional games and toys by such manufacturers as Hasbro
and LEGO. Goldberg must also be responsive to the many changes that
gaming undergoes, remaining aware of changing trends. He maintains a
good selection of more modern games, including many of the currently
popular card games like Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic: The Gathering.
Another important element of Stuart Goldberg’s H2H enterprise is
sports memorabilia. As President, Goldberg ensured that H2H maintains a
broad inventory of collectors’ cards for baseball, football, and other
popular sports, as well as such items as footballs, baseballs, and
autographed photos of sports celebrities.
Stuart Goldberg is an active participant in the village of
Irvington. A certified Emergency Medical Technician, he is a member of
the Irvington Volunteer Ambulance Corps and is a generous supporter of
the Irvington Volunteer Fire Department. Goldberg’s shop, H2H, is
conveniently located between the facilities of these two organizations
at 86 Main Street in the heart of Irvington’s downtown business
district.
